Biography & Contact

Bartosz Lasota

Silesian, Polish, European. Based in Barcelona.

Camera is my hand, my eye, my leg and my toe. I feel safer, better and wiser when it is with me. The art of observation has became part of my life since I was a small boy. I still remember the smell of the leather case of my father’s Zorki 4. After snapping my neighbourhood in South Poland, I decided to sharpen my technical skills at the Photography School in Cracow back in 2005. Since then I enjoy freezing moments of everything which catches my attention. In 2014 I verified my skills at the Magnum Workshop in Łódź which gave me confidence to enjoy shooting even more.

As an avid photographer my goal is to relese an album of one of my projects and keep exhibiting my works to wonderful people who dedicate their time to watch and see through my photographies.

Thanks for passing by and enjoy the moment of reflection from my perspective.

“Photography is the easiest art, which perhaps makes it the hardest”.
